Now the first few moments you have your feet in the massager can be a little intense but as soon as your muscles begin to loosen up, you will feel much more relaxed. Everybody has different pain tolerances, and we completely understand if you are unable to withstand the pressure this massager uses. If you are still wanting to return the massager after trying these out let us know and we will send the instructions to do so.

Sometimes it takes a few shorter sessions for your feet to loosen up enough to handle longer sessions, it can be somewhat painful at first if you really need the tension released.
Some of our customers with health issues are unable to use the massager, so if you have a pace maker or any other health issues that could cause problems with your feet or legs, we would recommend talking with a doctor first.
We advertise 2-7 business day shipping, this is something that we are proud to offer, but unfortunately once it leaves our warehouse it’s up to the shipping carrier to make sure the item arrives on time. Please note that it does take 24-48 hours to process updates on tracking information, check back on the tracking in a day or two and if it still has not updated please let our customer service team know.

Inspect the entire order and verify everything that is missing or damaged. Please keep all packaging and order information and contact our customer support team for further instruction.
If the remote control for the Foot Massager is not working please contact our customer support team and they will send a replacement out.
Please fill out the RMA form found HERE. All returned product requires a Returned Merchandise Authorization number which can only be obtained by filling out the form.
If Customer has the tracking number for the product being returned to the Company, please email it to email@example.com. We are happy to issue the refund quicker based off of the return tracking number. Alternatively, we will process the refund following receipt of the product to our warehouse location.
Due to the size of freight shipments a restocking fee of $350 is deducted from any approved refund when product is shipped back to the Company. In cases where the freight shipment was refused before delivery, this shipment can be rerouted for a fee of $250, which is deducted from the refund.
